My story

Path through adversity, healing, and rebuilding.

People often describe me as a warrior because they see the strength I carry now. But my path to this work was shaped through adversity, healing, rebuilding, and learning how to return to myself again through life's most difficult experiences.

I grew up in a broken home and learned early about survival, resilience, and the complexity of human relationships. Against difficult odds, I put myself through college after a loud calling to commit to the work I was already doing. I received a Master of Social Work from the University of Utah, beginning a lifelong path of exploration through healing, attachment, trauma, and transformation.

Over the years, life continued to deepen that understanding in very personal ways. I am both a breast and skin cancer survivor. I have walked through fear, uncertainty, loss, rebuilding, and the profound perspective shifts that happen when life reminds you how fragile and precious it truly is.

I am also a mother within a transracial adoptive family, and my journey navigating adoption trauma, identity, belonging, attachment, and love has profoundly shaped both my personal life and my professional work.

These experiences changed me.
They softened me. Strengthened me. Humbled me.

Ultimately, they revealed what I believe my life's purpose truly is: to help create safe, grounded spaces where people can unravel honestly, reconnect with themselves deeply, and transmute. Rebuilding their lives and relationships in alignment with who they truly are.

I believe profound healing becomes possible when people feel safe enough to stop performing, stop pretending, and finally tell the truth about what they long for, fear, grieve, love, and need.

This sanctuary was born from that belief. Not as a place to escape life, but as a place to come home to yourself.
