For women
You can put it down here.
All of it. Even the parts you haven't let yourself name yet.
A trauma-informed sanctuary for women who have been holding too much, for too long. Breathwork, somatic practice, and sisterhood. Guided by Rachel Patten, LCSW.
Who this is for
The woman who keeps it together for everyone else.
You're competent. You're kind. You've done a lot of the inner work already. And there's still a part of you that hasn't been allowed to fall apart in a place that could actually hold it.
Maybe it's the part that grieves. Or the part that's tired of being the strong one. Or the part of you that's been so attuned to everyone else's nervous system that you've forgotten what your own feels like.
This space is for her.
What we move through
Four currents of the work.

- 01
Coming home to your body
Nervous system literacy, somatic release, and breathwork to dissolve what you’ve been carrying without words.
- 02
Reclaiming your voice
Practicing emotional truth. Naming what you want, what you fear, what you grieve, what you love.
- 03
Sisterhood as medicine
A circle of women holding you while you stop performing. The kind of belonging you forgot was possible.
- 04
Rebuilding into alignment
Integration practices that translate the work back into your daily life, your relationships, and your choices.
You don't have to keep holding it all.
