Reflect

Before anything can change— we have to see what is.

Not simply how life looks— but how it feels. How you live. What you accept. What you continue to carry.

You did not arrive here all at once.

The expectations. The experiences. The paths you followed—

that led you further from you.

Because you believed you should.

Somewhere along the way— living became survival.

Are you fulfilled?

Or have you accepted a life that was never truly meant for you?

Who told you this was all there is?

Who were you before life happened to you?

Before you were told who to be. What to believe. Where you belonged.

What made you curious? What filled you with wonder? What made you feel alive?

We learned to quiet our curiosity. To trade wonder for acceptance.

We stopped trusting what we felt— and began following what was expected.

We learned to hide the parts of ourselves that felt too bright. Too different. Too much.

Little by little— we abandoned what made us feel alive.

Not because it disappeared— but because somewhere along the way, we learned it was safer to forget.

Reflect back to the child you once were.

See them. Find them. Be them.

They still remember what you have forgotten.
