Renew

Now— you begin to live.

Insight can open the door.

But the body must feel safe enough to walk through it.

You may understand why a pattern exists—

and still feel yourself return to it.

Still brace.

Still react.

Still hold what your mind is ready to release.

The body remembers what once protected you.

Lasting change becomes possible when the body has a different experience.

Safety while feeling.

Permission to release.

Support without judgment.

The lived understanding that another response is possible.

This is where the space begins to open.

Between what happens—

and how you respond.

You begin to make choices that align with who you are.

To hold boundaries without abandoning yourself.

To listen when your body speaks.

To trust what it knows.

What once felt automatic— becomes a choice.

What once controlled you— becomes something you can meet differently.

Renewal is not one dramatic moment.

It is a return to aliveness.

A release of what no longer serves.

A new way of living—

practiced until it becomes your own.

I am not here to fix you.

I create the container for you to feel what is ready to be felt.

To listen to what your body has been saying.

To release what it is ready to put down.

To practice new responses while being supported.

I guide.

I witness.

I stay curious with you.

Until living differently no longer feels impossible—

but begins to feel like your life.

How do you want to live?

What is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork is a guided, multi-sensory breathwork experience.

It combines conscious connected breathing with nine layers of sound technology—

including binaural beats, frequency, somatic guidance, and spoken coaching.

Breath, sound, and guidance work together—

helping you move beneath the thinking mind and listen to what is happening within the body.

You are not asked to analyze your way through it.

You are guided.

Supported.

And given space to experience something different.

Why I use 9D

The structure gives the body something to follow.

You do not need to find the right words.

You do not need to know what should happen.

You remain in control— choosing the depth of your breath—

while I hold the container, guide the experience, and give you time to integrate what arises.

9D Breathwork is also offered through evolvewellness.love.

What to expect in a 9D session

  1. 01 · Arrival and intention-setting

We begin with a brief check-in, review your screening information, and make space for the intention you are bringing into the journey.

  2. 02 · Headphones and guided audio

You will lie or rest comfortably while wearing headphones. The guided 9D audio combines breath cues, sound, somatic guidance, and spoken coaching.

  3. 03 · Active breathing

You will be invited into conscious connected breathing. You remain in control—choosing the depth of your breath—and may return to a natural breath at any time.

  4. 04 · Rest and integration

The active breathing is followed by rest. Time is held for grounding, noticing, and integrating what arose before the session closes.

  5. 05 · Possible sensations

Experiences vary. You may notice tingling, light-headedness, temporary muscle tension or contraction, temperature shifts, shaking, tears, laughter, vivid imagery, emotional release, deep stillness, or very little at all.

  6. 06 · Your choice throughout

You may slow, pause, or stop at any time. You do not need to push through discomfort or produce a particular experience.

  7. 07 · Health screening is required

Intensive conscious connected breathing is not appropriate for everyone. Every participant must complete the required health screening before taking part, and some conditions require medical clearance or an alternative practice.

Safety and contraindications

9D Breathwork is generally intended for healthy adults and is not appropriate for everyone. Before participating, complete the required health screening and disclose any relevant medical, psychiatric, pregnancy, medication, recent-surgery, or injury history. If a listed condition applies, participation may need to be modified, postponed, declined, or approved by a qualified healthcare professional.

Screen specifically for:

  • Pregnancy, particularly the first trimester.
  • Serious cardiovascular conditions, including recent heart attack or stroke, unstable angina, uncontrolled high blood pressure, aneurysm, congestive heart failure, severe arrhythmia, or another condition in which changes in heart rate or blood pressure may be unsafe.
  • Epilepsy or any seizure disorder.
  • History of psychosis or schizophrenia, or bipolar I with untreated or unmedicated manic episodes.
  • Severe untreated anxiety, panic disorder, or PTSD; these require additional care and individualized assessment rather than automatic acceptance into an intensive group journey.
  • Glaucoma or detached retina.
  • Recent surgery, especially chest, abdominal, head, or eye surgery, or a recent injury that strong breathing or muscular tension could aggravate.
  • Severe osteoporosis or another condition in which muscular tension could cause injury.
  • Medications that affect cardiovascular function, blood pressure, seizure threshold, the central nervous system, or psychiatric stability. Participants must not stop medication in order to participate.

Safety information is educational and does not replace medical advice. Any affirmative response routes to Rachel for review; individualized assessment always precedes participation. Reference: 9dbreathwork.com/is-9d-breathwork-safe.
